NSW Health Lumos - Shining a light on the patient journey

The NSW Health Lumos data asset links primary care patient data using privacy-preserving encoding to other NSW Health datasets to provide state-wide health stakeholders and general practices patient journey data. This data is then applied to improve patient outcomes and provide strategic health planning for commissioning health services.

Tasked with providing solution architecture and development, providing solutions to securely transmit data, linkage integration tooling and a secure data warehouse to gain visibility to patient's health journeys. The initiative required clear communication and documentation for integrating software vendors and project sponsors to ensure linkage standards.
